The successful trial production of the BOPET-2600 stretch film orientation making machine produced by Far East Light Chemical Equipment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinming Group, has once again established Jinming Group's leading position in the field of full range of film equipment.
On June 9, after more than a month of preparation, the BOPET-2600 unit produced by Far East Light Chemical Equipment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinming Group, was successfully trial-produced. This unit is a new generation of biaxially oriented film unit developed by Far East Light Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. on the basis of the original BOPP/BOPET film production line by introducing German technology. It has the ability to produce high-end optical film products. The unit is now equipped with a class 10,000 clean production workshop, which can produce a variety of special functional film products including reflective film, light diffusion film, chemically coated matt film, chemically coated transparent film, microfilm, and silicon-coated film. The designed annual output is 5,000 tons.
The successful trial production of this unit has cleared the obstacles for Far East Light Chemical Equipment to realize the goal of replacing imported high-end optical thin film equipment, and also laid a solid foundation for the future prospects of high-end optical films, electronic films, lithium battery separators, photovoltaic films and new energy films.
