Nigeria packaging corporation again introduced a multi-layer co-extrusion blown film extrusion machine from Jinming for their factory.


The client is a well-known large-scale daily chemical packaging company in Nigeria, specializing in the production of multi-purpose flexible packaging and cans, with a daily production capacity exceeding 50 tons.


As the factory's scale and output rapidly increased, the client's two well-known European brand blown film lines were no longer able to catch the production capacity. They sought a reputable supplier of internationally competitive film blowing machines to collaborate and provide high-quality, stable, and easy-to-operate equipment, as well as a process approach.


In 2019, after comprehensive evaluation of Jinming's overall research and development capabilities and production strength, the client decided to collaborate with Jinming and acquire the first 5-layer 2.7-meter POF machine. The flawless operation of the equipment greatly boosted the client's confidence, leading to their decision to choose Jinming once again for this expansion.


Jinming also provided the M5B-2300Q-S solution based on the client's application products and production capacity requirements.



This machine line is mainly used for the production of PE shrink film, with a maximum film width of 2200mm. The product output can reach up to 1,000kg/h. In the actual production process, the thickness uniformity of the films can be maintained within ±3%, greatly enhancing the market competitiveness of the client's products and brand. It also made its appearance as a demonstration machine at the K Show in Dusseldorf in 2022, receiving high praise from both customers and industry peers.




The newly designed extrusion system provides high output, low energy consumption, and excellent plasticization. The temperature control of the discharge port is digitally displayed. The compact die head design reduces crystallization points and shortens material and color changeover time.


The IBC internal cooling system enables real-time exchange of cold and hot gases. It incorporates German non-contact ultrasonic sensors, which are suitable for precise measurements in various environments. Equipped with Jinming's self-produced automatic counter-flow air ring, featuring 99-point precision automatic air temperature control. The air volume of each air outlet can be adjusted according to the process requirements.



High-precision rotating haul-off unit, nip rollers, and second haul-off unit are utilized, with a ±185° rotation traction angle. The air cushion roller design allows for even air flow, and it is equipped with an auxiliary slitting device, suitable for high-capacity requirements.



The WSD-2300Ⅲ fully automatic double-station (back to back) multifunctional winder has various winding functions and can adapt to the winding of different materials with different characteristics.



The computer centralized control system features a new operating interface. It is a Siemens computer centralized control system that enables centralized control of various process parameters of the entire machine. It includes modules for easy mold switching, energy consumption analysis, easy winding, and preventive maintenance.
