Coater
The machine adopts the coating die newly developed by Jinming. It has a unique design, which can be easily adjusted in three dimensions and is equipped with a shock-absorbing plate to ensure a smooth and precise performance.
Drying Chamber
The hot air circulation combined drying tunnels of the drying system is designed according to the drying mechanism to realize the thorough drying, high efficiency and low power consumption; The heating adopts PID intelligent temperature control system to ensure temperature control accuracy and energy saving.
Winder
The winding, unwinding system and driving system of the machine adopt servo motors and digital controllers, and work with the automatic tension control system to realize the dynamic automatic control of tension and speed of the machine, which greatly improves the precision and stability of tension and speed control.
