Based on years experience on extrusion design, processing properties and rheology, Jinming keeps optimizing designs via simulations, develops different extrusion system to meet various resin processing. With optimizing design and precise processing, Jinming's extrusion system is of high corrosion resistance and high abrasive resistance with high output, low consumption and good plasticizing, etc..
Via simulation design, streamline channel design is adopted to the die head without any blind angle, which optimizes flowing channel and distribution units and helps achieve a more perfect thickness deviation. With low-shape die head design, the die head optimizes melt flowing performance and self-cleaning, which can shortens effectively the time between two formulas and reduces wastes.
Computer centralized control system is adopted to control the machine's processing temperature, screw speed, IBC cooling system, line speed, tension, outer cooling blower, bubble cage, collapsing frame, reversing haul-off unit and winder, etc.. Meanwhile, parameters, e.g. temperature, pressure, current, tension, line speed, film length and film width, etc. can be shown and monitored. It also has functions of auto alarm and self-diagnosis, etc.
