In 1997, Li Ziping joined Guangdong Jinming Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and has been working for more than 20 years. He has been engaged in electrical and automation control related work. In the field of plastic machinery and equipment manufacturing, the core technology of high-end equipment manufacturing, especially control technology, has been monopolized and blocked by foreign countries. In order to break the barriers of foreign technology, Li Ziping led the team to start from the introduction of learning, on the basis of absorbing foreign technology, continue to innovate, break through important technical problems through technological breakthroughs, and break the monopoly of foreign technology.

He led the group to participate in the provincial skills competition. The team members won the third prize of the provincial vocational skills competition four times. In the past 10 years, the team led by Li Ziping has overcome technical problems such as automatic control of film thickness, internal cooling control of film bubbles, and multi-layer co-extrusion control technology.
