Brazilian customers have partnered with Jinming for the fourth time to introduce a 5-layer co-extrusion agricultural blown film line.




The customer is a well-known film product supply group in Brazil, with  wide customer base in multiple countries in South America. Since their collaboration with Jinming in 2009, the customer has been satisfied with Jinming's equipment and services. Over the past 14 years, they already introduced three large agricultural blown film lines from Jinming, jointly contributing to expanding the South American market. The newly introduced five-layer line utilizes Jinming's latest agricultural blown film machine technology, with an extrusion capacity of up to 2500kg per hour. It will serve as a powerful support for the customer's development in South America and other more distant markets.




The newly designed extrusion system provides high output, low energy consumption, and excellent plasticization. The barrel adopts a smooth structure, and the discharge port is equipped with a spiral groove-type cooling water channel, ensuring uniformity and suitability for processing various materials.



The machine also equipped with an extra-large agricultural film-specialized die head. It features a five-layer co-extrusion central feed with a spiral core rod structure, diameter of die lip up to 1600 millimeters, and all main components of the die are processed on the German DMG Mori 5-axis CNC center. This year, Jinming simultaneously introduced the new German DMG Mori DMU600FD seven-axis five-linkage turning and milling composite precision processing center. For complex-shaped workpieces, this machining center can achieve one-time clamping and complete processing with multiple surfaces, angles, and shapes. It can process workpieces with a external diameter of up to 4500mm, and the maximum workpiece load can reach 35 tons.


Compared to traditional machine tool processing that requires multiple clamping, adjustments, and measurements, which not only inefficient and time-consuming but also prone to errors and defects, the introduction of this machining center not only effectively improves processing efficiency but also ensures the overall quality and reliability of the workpiece. It brings a whole new possibility to Jinming's agricultural film processing equipment manufacturing business.




The IBC internal cooling system enables real-time exchange of cold and hot gases. Coupled with four sets of German ultrasonic sensors, suitable for measuring various types of films, in a variety of environments can be accurately measured and controlled the film bubble diameter.Jinming self-developed precision automatic air temperature control air ring, the tuyere air volume can be adjusted according to the process requirements, equipped with European automatic thickness control system, real-time detection of film thickness trend and online feedback adjustment, realize efficient production.



The high-precision haul-off unit adopts a two-roller structure with one steel roller and one rubber roller. It is equipped with constant tension control, making it suitable for high-capacity production requirements.




The 4500Ⅲ Agricultural Blown Film Line Special Automatic Winder, utilizing Jinming’s self-developed technology, features multiple winding functions to accommodate various materials with different characteristics. It has a maximum winding diameter of 1000 millimeters.



Siemens computer centralized control system: With a new operating interface, it employs a touch screen and Siemens PLC for centralized control. The user-friendly interface combines a touch screen with Siemens PLC for easy and straightforward operation.
